Forster Rohner's digital embroidery workflow has revolutionized traditional processes in the lingerie industry. Instead of relying on physical samples, which previously took several weeks to produce, Forster Rohner’s 3D department now creates 100% digital embroidery designs within minutes. The clever team even leveraged expertise from the gaming industry to achieve this.
Three weeks become three minutes
Under the project name "Three Weeks Become Three Minutes," Forster Rohner developed their own software, producing photorealistic representations without ever creating a physical sample. This allows clients to see color and design adjustments in no time. Furthermore, customers can seamlessly integrate the digital embroidery into their own digital processes.
